Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat says that its Chief Executive Officer, Mullah Abdul Haq Hamkar, during a visit to Turkmenistan, held talks with the country’s Energy Minister, Annageldi Saparov, on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the electricity sector.

During the meeting, Mr. Hamkar stated that work on the 500-kilovolt power transmission line project is progressing rapidly and is expected to be completed within about one year.
