The Afghan government’s leadership held a meeting on Thursday with governors, heads of Ulema councils, and chief judges of appellate courts from the northeastern and northwestern zones of the country.
According to the deputy spokesman of the Afghan government, the leadership stressed the importance of strengthening unity, fostering a culture of reconciliation, and ensuring the implementation of Islamic Sharia.
The leadership also praised the efforts of officials in the northeastern and northwestern zones, urging them to continue consultations, maintain goodwill, reinforce Muslim unity, and remain committed to public service.
During the meeting, officials were further instructed to uphold piety, justice and humility, implement the decrees of the Islamic Emirate, promote virtue and prevent vice, and deliver sincere service to the public.
Meanwhile, participants renewed their pledge of allegiance to the Afghan government’s leadership and reaffirmed their commitment to comprehensive efforts aimed at strengthening the government.
