Afghanistan’s Ministry of Higher Education has strongly dismissed reports suggesting that the Islamic Emirate has conditionally agreed to Pakistan’s offer of scholarships for Afghan female students.
The ministry described such claims as baseless propaganda spread by malicious groups against the Islamic Emirate, emphasizing that there is no truth to these allegations.
