The General Directorate of State-Owned Companies said in a statement that Afghan Post Executive Director Mawlawi Rahmatullah Maki held separate meetings with officials from the postal administrations of China, Malaysia and Bangladesh on the sidelines of the 14th Congress of the Asia-Pacific Postal Union (APPU).
The meetings focused on expanding postal services and strengthening cooperation in several areas, including service quality, international parcels, express and logistics services, e-commerce, and the exchange of expertise and experience.
The sides also discussed challenges affecting postal exchanges and stressed the need for closer cooperation to address these issues, facilitate postal services and make postal exchanges more efficient and organized.
