Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned the attack on a café in Syria’s capital, Damascus, that martyred and injured several civilians.
In a statement, the ministry’s spokesperson, Mawlawi Abdul Qahar Balkhi, said Afghanistan considers attacks against civilians a violation of Islamic and humanitarian values and views such incidents as a serious threat to Syria’s security and stability.
