Recently, Ali Maisam Nazari, the head of foreign relations for the Resistance Front, openly condemned terrorism(!) on his X page in response to the attack on Jaffar Express, but it seems to support a broader political agenda behind it.

Nazari, who is responsible for the foreign and political relations of the Resistance Front, has tried to stir up international sentiments against the Taliban while simultaneously supporting Pakistan’s position.

The analysis of this tweet shows that the Resistance Front not only strengthens the Pakistani propaganda narrative but also promotes the international aspect of Afghanistan’s internal issues from the perspective of Pakistan’s intelligence. These are the policies that have always worked towards destabilizing Afghanistan, and now the Resistance Front has become a part of this game.

What are the shared interests of Pakistan and the Resistance Front?

If Ali Maisam Nazari’s tweet is viewed from an analytical perspective, it appears to align with Pakistan’s intelligence agenda; he has attempted to portray a distorted image of Afghanistan’s current situation, placing all the blame for regional instability on the Taliban, without mentioning Pakistan’s role.

The question is: if the Resistance Front is truly fighting for Afghanistan’s freedom, why has it not yet acknowledged Pakistan’s role, its support for terrorist groups, and their intelligence war against Afghanistan? The reality is that the Resistance Front has now become a tool of Pakistan’s strategy to gain international support and isolate Afghanistan’s current government.

Baloch Separatists and the Resistance Front; A Two-Faced Policy

While Baloch separatists complain about Pakistan’s oppression and fight for independence, the Resistance Front exploits this situation to Pakistan’s advantage. Ali Maisam Nazari, in his recent remarks, pointed out that the main reason for the resurgence of terrorism is the Taliban, but he does not acknowledge that Pakistan’s intelligence has been supporting ISIS, the agents of evil and corruption, and other extremist groups for years.

In fact, the Resistance Front is now trying to use the case of the Baloch struggle as part of Pakistan’s strategy, in order to gain international support on one hand, and to conspire against the current Afghan government on the other. This policy aligns with the long-term goals of Pakistan’s intelligence, which seeks to interfere in Afghanistan’s internal affairs and secure its strategic interests.

The Resistance Front is clearly working against Afghanistan’s national interests; their recent statements not only promote Pakistan’s propaganda narrative but also contribute to the increase of internal instability in Afghanistan. Currently, Afghans should focus on the true purpose of such statements; they only pave the way for Pakistan’s extensive influence and harm Afghanistan’s national sovereignty.

Ali Maisam Nazari, who claims to be a representative of the Resistance Front, used the struggle of Baloch separatists for his political goals in his recent statements. Instead of addressing Pakistan’s support for terrorism, he attempted to link the Jaffer Express attack to Afghanistan and strengthen Pakistan’s propaganda narrative.

This is while Baloch separatists have been fighting against Pakistani oppression, forced disappearances, and military operations for years in pursuit of their rights; their struggle is against Pakistan’s colonial policies and they have never interfered in Afghanistan’s internal affairs. On the contrary, it is Pakistan that has always tried to destabilize Afghanistan by maintaining ties with terrorist groups. From the perspective of the Resistance Front, Ali Maisam Nazari has incorporated the rightful struggle of the Baloch into his political game, revealing his bad intentions and alignment with Pakistan’s intelligence objectives.
