The head of Azizi Group, Mirwais Azizi, stated that machines and equipment purchased for power plants in Takhar and Baghlan provinces have been prepared for transfer, with a combined generation capacity of 515 megawatts.
He wrote on his X (Twitter) page that he has closely inspected the equipment and machinery for a 165-megawatt power plant for Takhar province in the city of Salzburg, Austria.
He also held discussions with Austrian officials regarding the transfer of these materials and said that the machinery will be sent to Afghanistan very soon.
