Baloch separatists (BLA) announced in a statement that their militants attacked a military train in the Mashkaf area of Dadar district in Balochistan province. The attackers destroyed a section of the railway track and seized control of a train packed with soldiers.

Reports indicate that after halting the train, a clash broke out between the Pakistani military and the Baloch forces. As a result, six soldiers were killed, and around 100 others were captured alive.

The source added that the train was carrying personnel from Pakistan’s Intelligence Agency (ISI) and the Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF), who were reportedly traveling to Punjab on leave.

Baloch separatists also issued a warning, stating that if military operations are launched to rescue the captured soldiers, all prisoners will be killed, with the military held responsible for the consequences.
