The Ministry of Public Works stated that the contract for the fundamental construction of the Aibak–Ruyi Du Aab road in Samangan Province has been signed between the ministry and two construction companies, valued at 641.67 million Afghanis.
The ministry added that the road begins from Aibak city, the center of Samangan Province, and extends to Ruyi Du Aab district of the same province. It is expected to be completed and handed over for use within two years.
It is worth noting that the Aibak–Ruyi Du Aab road will facilitate people’s transportation, reduce travel time and costs, promote trade, and improve the economic conditions of the local population.
