Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryoubi, Deputy Minister for Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education, along with his accompanying delegation, traveled to Kazan, Tatarstan, to participate in the Third Forum of Ministers of Higher Education and Science.
According to a statement from the Ministry, Sheikh Al-Aryoubi, along with participation in the forum, will engage with representatives from various countries’ higher education sectors. Discussions will focus on establishing joint academic programs, recruiting faculty members, and other scientific collaborations.
