    Explosion at Vedanta Power Plant in India Leaves 14 Dead

    At least 14 people have been killed and 20 others injured in an explosion at a Vedanta-operated power plant in India’s central state of Chhattisgarh.

    According to a Reuters report, the incident took place while workers were on duty inside the facility.

    Emergency response teams have reached the site, with fears that the death toll could rise further.

    Indian authorities, as cited in the report, have launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion.
