Security sources in Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province, informed Voice Hindukush that an explosion occurred moments ago in a vegetable cart placed near the Nazargah Hotel, located in the city’s second security district.
The sources added that the blast only caused damage to the cart, with no reported injuries or significant material losses.
