Whenever, throughout history, a legitimate government has been established within a country after transformations and revolutions, free from the plots and interventions of enemies, such a government, although initially facing various challenges and obstacles in being recognized by the major countries of the world, has ultimately been recognized by the first-rate governments of the world. This issue is certain and will happen one day. Although it may take some time to complete the process and some countries might initially resort to preliminary actions and agreements in accepting it, in the end, the decision will be to recognize the current caretaker government of the country.
But what will not please the morally questionable individuals in the midst of this is that such opportunistic and self-serving people, who have always pursued their own opinions and agendas in line with their personal goals, will not be happy or pleased with the occurrence of such events and agreements. On the contrary, they will always try to present themselves as the ultimate authority and the world’s wise men, accusing any country that reaches initial or final agreements for recognition with such a governing authority of various kinds of accusations and false reminders of the past.
Perhaps, in the meantime, every crime and atrocity that has occurred throughout the distant and recent history of that country by the invaders, and every oppression and tyranny inflicted upon the nation, will be considered as positive sacrifices and martyrdoms, and presented as a point of merit for the enemy, which today, in light of these agreements, has diminished the value of that dark record.
These people have forgotten that in the past, it was under the shadow of the support and backing of those same governments that they were able to sit on the throne of power and carry out every plot and conspiracy against the country, public interests, and the people’s benefits. But at that time, no one spoke up, opened their eyes, or said that these leaders were unaware or that their words and demands were against the nation and the people, not in their favor.
But today, having lost their interests and being out of the competition, their numerous and hidden supports have abandoned them, and their eyes are turned only towards themselves. Therefore, they say whatever they deem right and just, and openly state that the oppressions and atrocities committed by the occupying and invading military forces against the nation were, in fact, sacrifices of those military forces. It is a pity that the other side, those infidels, were their own nation and people who sacrificed their lives, were killed, had their limbs severed, lost their possessions, and missed out on life’s opportunities amidst the war, jihad, and destruction.
Therefore, how can we expect such individuals to be able to steer the government and state of the country in the future, make decisions in favor of the government and the people, and ensure the future of the country in every aspect.
These same individuals, who today spare no effort in making any statement and attaching any accusation to anyone and any country due to the loss of their own interests and the distance from the realization of their ideals, how can we expect them to support and back us against aggressors and make the right decisions in times of trouble in the future!
It is also not correct to claim that the national army became paralyzed and ineffective due to the withdrawal of foreign support; rather, the reality is that the outdated national army had realized that their war was not a war of justice and fairness, but a war against themselves and their country. They also realized the truth that their main enemies were standing beside them and were the cause of their own people’s deaths. Therefore, they made the right decision, laid down their weapons, and stood shoulder to shoulder with their brothers to achieve victory against their enemies. In this matter, neither the agreements of the enemies have been influential nor has there been any other reason involved.
Although it is not beyond the realm of fairness that the noble people of Afghanistan have always been able to uncover the hidden truths behind those malicious and treacherous individuals and become aware of their realities. Nevertheless, this reminder would not be inappropriate as a note for the minds of the new generation who were not present in those times or have not yet reached the age of responsibility and awareness, and today might be deceived by their flashy words and become enamored with their false image and facade.
Therefore, it is the responsibility of aware individuals and those who have lived through both eras to reveal the truths as they happened to everyone and the audience, and to make the truth about the self-serving and opportunistic individuals known to today’s generation.
On the other hand, such Western-obsessed individuals claim that the countries which were their supporters until yesterday, and did everything and paid any cost to implement all the wrong, inappropriate, unethical, and anti-Islamic programs in an Islamic country, and trusted anyone to achieve these goals, filling their hands and feet with gold and silver, are now leading them down the wrong path and have been deceived. But in reality, today those very countries have also realized this truth that they made a big mistake in the past, placed their bets on the wrong people, and sought false hope in their actions.
Therefore, they are today learning from the past, correcting their mistakes, and have come to the realization that they must support the people’s and indigenous governments of countries, because only through interaction can trade and relations be strengthened.
But those seasoned individuals still do not want to accept this reality and continue to live in the wet dream of coming to power in the future; however, they have forgotten that opportunities come only once and the table of generosity is not always set for them to eat the finest rice.
