Former Republic Deputy Defense Minister Tamim Aasi has reacted to recent remarks by Sarwar Danish praising Pakistan, particularly Army Chief Asim Munir, calling him a Pakistani agent and a bootlicker.
Commenting on Danish’s unusual admiration for Asim Munir and the ISI, Aasi wrote, “In these turbulent days, where do you find traces of the ISI? Who fought the war? Who made the sacrifices? And who is now polishing boots and kissing feet?”
Aasi added, “This man served for years as a vice president of Afghanistan and spent many years studying in Iran, yet his message is ‘Long live Pakistan.’”
He further claimed that during the republic, Danish was involved in corruption, land grabbing, abuse of power, and widespread appointments of relatives, particularly in Bamyan and Daikundi provinces.
According to Aasi, it appears that only a little remains before Sarwar Danish openly declares himself a servant of Asim Munir.
