An armed attack targeted Iran’s Quds Brigade forces in Zahedan, the capital of Sistan and Baluchestan province.

According to Iran’s state news agency, four individuals were killed in the assault.

Responsibility for the attack was claimed by a newly formed Baloch group called the “People’s Combatants Front.”

The group’s spokesperson, via an official video message, warned of continued attacks until their objectives are achieved.
