Opposition groups to the caretaker government, after failing in the political and social arenas, are now seeking to stoke the fire of discord and division among the ethnic groups of Afghanistan by exploiting the difficult situation of the refugees and their displacement in various regions.
Recently, Afghanistan’s neighbors have resorted to expelling refugees to exert more pressure on the caretaker government. The officials of the Islamic government, with a sense of responsibility and compassion towards their nation, have decided to establish settlements in various zones of Afghanistan.
For this purpose, the construction of these settlements has begun in the southern, eastern, southeastern, northern, northeastern, and western zones so that the children of this land can be saved from wandering and aimlessness. However, malicious and divisive individuals are trying to give a tribal color to the construction of shelters for displaced migrants and to incite discord and division among the ethnic groups of Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, these failed figures, during their rule, always stoked ethnic and racial prejudices, which led to civil wars in Afghanistan, causing dire consequences for the suffering nation. Now that their rule has been lifted from Afghanistan, they are once again trying to sow seeds of discord and division among the suffering nation and take away the blessings of brotherhood and security from them.
These individuals, instead of standing by their immigrant brothers in this difficult migration situation and encouraging the nation to cooperate with them, are asking the people of Afghanistan to oppose accommodating their immigrant brothers.
But what is clear is the selflessness and sacrifice of our nation and the feeling of empathy towards each other. The people of Afghanistan, who have endured difficult and fragile conditions in the past, consider helping their compatriots in difficult days as part of their human, faith-based, and brotherly responsibilities.
They know that the purpose of building settlements for migrants in the provinces is merely to feel responsible towards the displaced, to show sympathy, and to help the suffering loved ones. Those who give this issue an ethnic color do not have the patience for the unity of the Afghan tribes. They see their name and livelihood in sowing discord and igniting the fire of prejudices and ethnicism.
But the people of Afghanistan are aware of the divisive propaganda of the opponents and know what sinister goals they have behind this propaganda and what wicked plans they have devised. Therefore, spreading ethnic and tribal prejudices can never turn the tide in favor of the enemies of the unity of the Afghan people and diminish their awakened and sincere feelings towards their compatriots.
