    International Organizations Implemented $7.6 Million Worth of Projects in Panjshir Last Year

    According to the Panjshir provincial government’s office, international organizations spent $7.6 million in the province during 1403 solar hijri year on humanitarian aid and various development projects.

    The source stated that the local leadership of Panjshir expressed satisfaction with the assistance and implementation of these projects, assuring that the funds were effectively utilized in sectors such as healthcare, rural reconstruction, education, agriculture, and other areas of social development.

    Official figures show that international organizations have allocated a total budget of $14,285,724 for Panjshir for the 2024 and 2025 calendar years. Of this amount, $7.6 million was spent last year, while the remaining $6.7 million is planned to be effectively spent in the current 1404 solar hijri year across various sectors.

    Meanwhile, local residents have commended the interim government’s efforts to attract international aid and development initiatives to Panjshir, considering them vital for economic progress.
