Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, has stated that the Strait of Hormuz will remain open to commercial vessels until the end of the ceasefire between Tehran and Washington.

He added that commercial ships can transit through the route designated by Iran’s Ports and Maritime Organization.

According to reports, if the declared ceasefire between Iran and the United States is not extended, it will expire next Tuesday.
