Tasnim News Agency reported that Iranian authorities have executed two individuals, identified as Mohammad Masoom Shahi and Hamid Walid, after convicting them of espionage for Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency.
According to the report, the two individuals had established contact with Mossad officers through online channels and during visits to the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
The report further states that the individuals returned to the country after completing training in military exercises and sabotage activities in Iraq.
