Officials from “Iran Transfo,” a consortium of German-Iranian companies, have expressed interest in investing in Afghanistan’s energy sector. During a meeting with Acting Minister of Water and Energy, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, they discussed investment opportunities in electricity generation projects, the expansion of energy networks, and the supply of essential equipment for power grids.
According to a statement from the ministry, Mullah Mansoor welcomed the company’s investment interest and assured its officials of full cooperation in all relevant areas.
