Iranian media, quoting the country’s Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Araghchi, reported that negotiations between Tehran and Washington over Iran’s nuclear program will begin next Friday in Oman.
In a post on X, Araghchi thanked the Omani government for facilitating and hosting these talks.
This comes as Axios late last night, citing U.S. officials, reported that the planned negotiations between the United States and Iran had been canceled.
