Iranian media has reported that Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, discussed the recent changes in the region, particularly the escalation of genocidal acts by the Zionist regime in Gaza, during a phone conversation with his Saudi counterpart, Faisal bin Farhan.

According to sources, both sides condemned Israel’s crimes and stressed the need for a joint effort by Islamic countries to swiftly bring an end to these atrocities.

The two countries condemned the crimes in Gaza, while the Hamas movement has repeatedly called on the Islamic world to take practical steps in defense of Gaza and the oppressed Palestinian people.
