Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, responding to recent US developments, said Iran’s armed forces are fully prepared and warned that flawed policies and misjudged decisions consistently lead to negative outcomes, a fact he said is now widely recognized internationally.
He added that Iran remains fully prepared for all possible scenarios, stressing that in the event of any action, the opposing side would be taken by surprise.
In a separate post on X, Qalibaf stated that the United States has no option but to recognize the rights of the Iranian people, adding that these rights are outlined in Iran’s 14-point proposal.
He stressed that any approach outside the framework of negotiations would be entirely ineffective, leading only to repeated failure.
He also stated that wherever the Trump administration directs its efforts, the financial burden will ultimately fall on ordinary American taxpayers.
