Italy has blocked the newly launched artificial intelligence application, “Deepseek,” developed by China, citing concerns over privacy policies, as reported by Current Report Media.

Western countries had previously raised concerns about the app, advising caution for their citizens.

The launch of this AI application led to an estimated $1 billion loss for the U.S. tech industry on its first day.
