Afghanistan, shaped by decades of war and occupation by various countries, had become a ground for the emergence of diverse internal parties and movements, each claiming to seek peace, stability, and nationwide security with seemingly patriotic and unifying goals and programs.

But what happened in the society, reality was contrary to expectations, because the essence of the leaders’ desires in such gatherings was to fulfilll personal whims and secure individual interests, not to serve the people and develop the homeland.

Promoting nationalism and personality cults, and instigating civil and ethnic wars under the pretext of supporting the party and movement, was one of several problems that arose with the emergence of these groups, destroying homes and ruining families.

Among all the parties and movements that emerged from the wars and periods of instability in Afghanistan, one party is the Junbish party, which, during those disastrous times, built a high reputation and name for itself and gambled with the lives of young people.

Abdul Rashid Dostum, a well-known and famous opponent and the founder, leader, and head of the Junbish Party, has held this position of power for years, profiting from bloodshed and sending young people to their deaths and fratricide.

Despite this, with the current government of Afghanistan coming to power, the structure of the Junbish party collapsing, its leader fleeing, and its commanders and officials disappearing to neighboring and distant countries, its flames subsided, its name fell from people’s lips, and its unemployment and destitution were revealed.

But there are still some who see their table as colorful and adorned by researching and investigating the past and present of this party and elevating its name in personal gatherings and parties. They have once again shaken and set in motion this burned-out soul and dead body.

Nizamuddin Qaisari, one of the party’s military and field commanders, was Abdul Rashid Dostum’s strong right hand for years in fratricidal battles, obedient to his orders and executor of them. However, he never held a significant political and authoritarian position and played no effective role in the party’s central core.

However, with the current developments and the proliferation of biased and virtual parties and movements, it seems his long-standing wound and heart have reopened, revealing his deep-seated old desire and exposing his yearning to become a leader. Seeing the field empty and considering himself worthy, he entered the politics.

He, who is currently in a neighboring country of Afghanistan, introduced himself as the new leader of the disintegrated party to a gathering of his fleeing and fugitive supporters and smiled.

However, the cause of this event must be investigated and its background analyzed to understand why Nizamuddin Qaisari took such action, and why Abdul Rashid Dostum, the leader of the first and most important circle of this party, has not yet commented or taken a position against him.

Regardless of the main story and the hidden factors, what is felt on the surface indicates the ultimate internal fragmentation and disunity, as well as the chaos of this virtual party system. Considering the disappointing and disheartening circumstances of the factions and parties, all of whom have fled and hidden in the corners of foreign countries, crawling like snakes under the ground, and occasionally showing off and stirring up dust, one cannot expect more. This is because the opportunity for false leadership and self-proclaimed leadership has been provided to all those who have served their leaders unwillingly for a lifetime and were obedient slaves, harboring the desire and ambition for leadership in their hearts but were unable to achieve it.

The scenario of Nizamuddin Qaisari is like the scenario of other members of the fleeing opposition parties who occasionally orchestrate such events, taking advantage of the muddy waters of division and discord to fish for a few days. After a short while, all the noise around them dies down.
