The Director General of the General Environmental Protection Agency, Mawlawi Matiul Haq Khalis, met with an Indian delegation and technical team during the “WUF13” international forum in Azerbaijan.
In a statement, the agency said the meeting discussed Afghanistan’s climate vulnerability, the negative impacts of climate change, and particularly the effects of these changes on cities.
The statement added that both sides also emphasized joint cooperation and the exchange of experiences to reduce environmental challenges.
