The Ministry of Justice of the country says that over the past more than four years, it has published 175 legislative documents after their endorsement by the leadership of the Afghan government.
According to the ministry, these legislative documents include 72 decrees, 61 orders, 11 guidelines and manuals, 17 laws, six procedures, and two regulations.
The ministry adds that the most important laws published during this period include the Law on Financial Accounting, the Law on Preachers, the Law on Contracts of Ministries and Emirate Institutions, the Law on Regulation of Poetry Gatherings, the Law on Prevention of Land Grabbing and Restitution of Usurped Lands, the Law on Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, the Law on Hearing Complaints, the Law on Money Exchangers and Monetary Services, the Law on Industrial Zones, and the Law on Leasing Emirate Lands.
The Ministry of Justice states that these laws have been published through the official gazette, as well as in book form, and their electronic versions are also available on its website.
