    Ministry of National Defense: 33 Light and Heavy Weapons Seized Across Eastern Zone

    The Ministry of National Defense has announced that the Division of Reconnaissance and Intelligence of the 201st Khalid bin Walid (RA) Corps seized 33 light and heavy weapons, along with a cache of ammunition, during a series of clearance operations in various parts of the eastern zone.

    According to the statement, the confiscated items include PK machine guns, Kalashnikov rifles, M16 and M4 rifles, pistols, grenades, rockets, two missile systems, seven hand grenades, and 640 rounds of light and heavy ammunition.

    Meanwhile, security and defense officials have called on the public to voluntarily surrender any weapons, vehicles, or equipment related to Bayt al-Mal (Public Treasury) currently in their possession.
