The Ministry of Justice has announced that the special court responsible for addressing land usurpation cases in the central zone has ruled that nearly Jeribs of land in the Abchakan Plain in Logar’s provincial capital are state-owned after reviewing all relevant documents.

The Abchakan Plain is located in Pul-e-Alam, the capital of Logar Province, south of Padkhwab Shana village, and lies east and west of the Kabul–Paktia highway.

According to the source, the Land Usurpation Prevention Commission had earlier thoroughly investigated the matter. After gathering information from relevant institutions and determining that the land was not privately owned, it concluded that all 5,470 Jeribs of this plain are Emirate property.

The Ministry of Justice also reassured that the process of reviewing, verifying, and reclaiming state-owned lands continues rigorously across the country.
