    New Appointments Made by Order of the Afghan Government Leadership

    The spokesperson of the Afghan government, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, stated that by order of the leadership, the former Head of Kandahar’s Fourth Security District, Mawlawi Musa Kalim Abu Nasr, has been appointed as the Chief Police Commander of Takhar, and the former deputy of the 203 Mansouri Corps, Mullah Rooh-ul-Amin Roohani, has been appointed as the commander of the Support Brigade of the Ministry of Defense.

    Mr. Mujahid added that the former Police Chief Commander of Takhar Province, Mullah Abdul Ali, has been appointed as the Head of Kandahar’s Fourth Security District, and the former head of the Ulema Council of Zabul Province, Mawlawi Azizullah Tayyib, has been appointed as the chancellor of the province’s university.
