Al Jazeera has reported, quoting the Foreign Minister of Oman, that the next round of talks between Iran and the United States is scheduled to take place next Thursday in Geneva.

He added that positive efforts are underway to reach a final agreement between Tehran and Washington.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Sayed Abbas Araghchi, said in a recent interview that he may meet next Thursday with Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff.

According to him, the ongoing tensions between Tehran and Washington can only be resolved through diplomacy.
