    Ukrainian regional officials have announced that a Russian drone strike targeting a civilian bus in the northern city of Sumy has killed nine people and injured four others.

    So far, Russian authorities have not issued an official response regarding the incident. However, Ukrainian officials have condemned the attack as a “brutal act.”
