    The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced the start of construction on an irrigation canal and a retaining wall in Panjshir, valued at 7 million Afghanis.

    Sources confirm that these projects are being implemented under the supervision of the Panjshir Provincial Water and Energy Directorate, with financing provided by the Ministry’s budget.

    It is important to highlight that the completion of these projects will create employment opportunities for many individuals and protect thousands of acres of land from from flood-related damages.
