The Pakistani Taliban have announced that their fighters carried out 23 separate attacks yesterday against military and security targets of Pakistan’s military regime in South Waziristan, North Waziristan, Khyber, Bajaur, Peshawar, and Orakzai districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the group, at least 11 personnel of the military regime, including soldiers and local militias (arbakis) were killed in the attacks, while one person was taken alive.

The group further claimed that the operations damaged security cameras at military posts, as well as water supply systems and communication towers linked to Pakistan’s military regime. It also stated that its fighters seized four Kalashnikov rifles and two carbine weapons during the operations.
