Parwan Governor Sheikh Azizur Rahman Mansour said during the inauguration ceremony for the construction of the second major cement production plant in Jabal al-Siraj that Afghanistan currently enjoys comprehensive security, providing a favorable environment for investment across various sectors.
Mansour added that the construction of the plant sends a strong message to investors, emphasizing that the Parwan provincial administration is fully prepared to provide all necessary support and facilitate the implementation of this and similar projects.
