The Nangarhar Directorate of Justice has issued a notice to all charity organizations, strongly urging them to fully respect Islamic and Afghan values during the delivery and distribution of aid and to avoid actions that provoke public sensitivities.
The department has specifically instructed charity organizations to strictly refrain from photographing women during aid distribution.
It is worth noting that recently, many people have expressed concerns over the photographing and video recording of households, especially women, by charity organizations and had called on the government to take action on the matter.
