Russian media reported that a court in Russia has fined a 19-year-old man 10,000 rubles over a comment about the Islamic Emirate.
According to the reports, the court found him guilty under a provision of Russia’s administrative code concerning inciting hatred and enmity.
This is the first known case in Russia in which a person has been fined for a comment about the Islamic Emirate.
