Russian state media outlet Sputnik, citing Yuri Ushakov, an aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, reported that the United States should stop all assistance to Kyiv if it wants to help bring the Ukraine conflict to a swift end.
Ushakov made the remarks in an interview with a Russian journalist, saying that continued US and European support for Ukraine was not helping end the war but was instead prolonging and intensifying the conflict.
He also said the United States had not shared with Russia the roadmap for resolving the conflict that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had mentioned.
