According to a report from the Russian news agency TASS, Russia’s special envoy to Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov, announced that Moscow intends to create a bilateral working group with the Islamic Emirate. This initiative aims to enhance economic and trade relations between the two countries and is scheduled for the spring of 2025.
Kabulov stated that this working group will act as the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, leading to increased collaboration in various sectors between Russia and the Islamic Emirate.
