Police from the Herat Police Command have arrested a woman in areas under the 9th security district of Herat city with three million stolen Afghanis.
The Ministry of Interior stated that the stolen money was identified and returned to its rightful owner.
The ministry added that the arrested woman will be handed over to judicial and legal authorities following initial investigations.
