    Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has released a detailed report outlining 1,758 attacks carried out in 2024, resulting in 2,945 casualties among Pakistani government forces.

    The majority of these operations took place in the provinces of Dera Ismail Khan (645 attacks) and Bannu (482 attacks).

    The attacks included sniper shootings, guerrilla operations, and bombings.

    The report indicates that the highest number of casualties were among military personnel (1,441) and police officers (820).

    The TTP also claimed to have seized significant amounts of equipment, including dozens of firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and military vehicles.

    Additionally, they reported destroying hundreds of surveillance cameras and government vehicles.These figures show a significant increase in TTP activities in 2024.
