The Baseless Uproar of Opposing Groups against Mawlavi Abdul Hamid’s Statements

The recent statements of the famous Sunni scholar Mawlawi Abdul Hamid, based in Iran, have provoked reactions from the leaders and supporters of opposing factions outside Afghanistan. They have leveled various accusations against him, attempted to tarnish his character, and in some way, tried to question his personality, scholarship, and his recent true statements.

Mawlawi Abdulhamid recently visited Afghanistan, where he received a warm welcome. He expressed his satisfaction with the existing security and stability in Afghanistan, adding that for the first time in its contemporary history, Afghanistan has achieved complete security and stability. Everyone there continues to live in peace and tranquility, and everyone’s rights are protected.

Opposition groups, factions, their members, and supporters based outside Afghanistan, who have always nurtured their survival in the destruction, devastation, and insecurity of Afghanistan, constantly strive to portray the situation in Afghanistan inaccurately through their false and venomous propaganda, thereby ensuring their survival and sinister objectives. In this context, they condemn and character assassinate anyone who presents an accurate and realistic picture of the situation in Afghanistan.

Continuing with these character assassinations and the distortion of reality and truth, the leaders and supporters of the foreign-based group known as the Resistance have launched a campaign of character assassination and condemnation against the religious scholar Mawlawi Abdul Hamid on social media, leveling various accusations against him. Previously, foreign tourists who traveled to Afghanistan and spoke about security, peace, and tranquility in the country have also come under extensive attacks from these opposing groups and their related real and fake addresses on social media, as well as their propaganda addresses under the name of the media.

These efforts highlight the humiliation, weakness, and moral decay of the opposing groups. Initially, they attempted to threaten existing security through various means, create chaos, implement foreign projects and plans, and turn Afghanistan into a playground for their games. However, when they failed in these attempts, were rejected by the people, and lost the credibility of their former supporters, they resorted to such negative propaganda and disinformation on social media.

But the realities, truths, security, and stability of Afghanistan are not something that can be affected by such weak efforts. These groups, just as they have been defeated, disgraced, and their dark faces exposed to the people and the world in other areas, will similarly fail in their propaganda and negative campaigns, and nothing will be gained from them. These weak and failed efforts, character assassinations, baseless condemnations, and negative propaganda are indicative of the moral and spiritual decline of the opposing groups.
