Reuters, citing an informed source, reported that U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has not yet traveled to Pakistan for a potential second round of negotiations with Iran.
U.S. President Donald Trump said that, before the ceasefire deadline, an American delegation would be sent to Pakistan to hold talks with Iran.
Another informed source said that, although the delegation has not yet departed, it is expected to arrive in Islamabad later on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Iranian government has not confirmed whether it will take part in a second round of talks hosted by Pakistan.
