The Turkish Embassy in Kabul has announced that the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) has prepared a shipment of food aid for the earthquake-affected people of Kunar.
According to a press release, the aid package includes flour, rice, oil, sugar, tea, and essential kitchen items.
The embassy stated that the aid is scheduled to be delivered this evening to the affected areas in Kunar, benefiting around 1,000 needy families.
It is worth mentioning that earlier, the Iranian Embassy in Kabul also handed over its country’s emergency aid to the Afghan Red Crescent.
