    Ukraine and Russia Agree to Exchange Thousands of Prisoners of War Following Talks in Turkey

    Turkey’s Anadolu news agency reported that a new round of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine concluded in Turkey, during which both sides agreed to exchange 1,000 prisoners of war.

    According to the source, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov stated that the discussions also touched on a possible ceasefire and a potential meeting between the presidents of both countries.

    Vladimir Medinsky, head of the Russian delegation, expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the talks and noted that communication between the two sides will continue.
