    Former U.S. diplomat Zalmay Khalilzad condemned Pakistan’s approach to security in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, calling the situation extremely tense and concerning.

    He urged the Pakistani regime to implement practical measures to address and resolve the ongoing domestic turmoil.

    His comments come as key areas of Balochistan have recently come under the control of Baloch separatists.
