Two Languages, One Agenda; Who is Ahmad Massoud an Enemy of and Who is He a Friend to?

Ahmad Massoud is a multifaceted and inconsistent figure, akin to a puppet in the hands of regional and global intelligence powers. Sometimes, to secure his own interests and those of his theatrical front, he knocks on the doors of one country; at other times, he extends a begging bowl to another.

In fact, Ahmad Massoud, in his wandering between the gates of foreign patrons, bears a striking resemblance to his father, Ahmad Shah Massoud—a notorious figure whose shameful record clearly reveals service to most neighboring countries and betrayal of his own nation.

Ahmad Massoud, not only after the collapse of the Republic regime but even during the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan, shook hands with every unclean hand to fulfill his personal ambitions and donned the yoke of servitude to many masters.

Following the fall of the Republic and the nearing political demise of the Massoud dynasty, Ahmad Massoud made strenuous efforts to preserve his political position—an illusory dream that amounted to nothing more than fantasy and delusion.

During this time, he knocked on every door and sought refuge with anyone and everyone in hopes of obtaining political or financial support—even going so far as to shamelessly extend his hand to the Zionist regime.

This is a regime that is despised not only by the Islamic Ummah but also by many non-Muslim nations due to its criminal policies, and which most seek to distance themselves from.

In recent days, as tensions escalated between the Zionist regime and Iran, the fabricated Resistance Front issued a statement condemning the recent Israeli attacks on Iran, calling them a blatant act of aggression.

However, this very statement clearly revealed that the leaders of this front, especially Ahmad Massoud, are duplicitous and deceitful. If Ahmad Massoud truly speaks of justice and claims to defend the oppressed, he would never have sought out the Zionist regime.

This statement exposed the reality that the Massoud front, much like during Ahmad Shah Massoud’s time, feels no true sense of responsibility toward the oppressed and only aligns itself where its interests are served. They harbor no thoughts beyond personal and factional gain.

Regarding Iran’s interaction with such deceitful figures, it must be said: one should not be deceived by their false claims and slogans. A brief look at their past makes it evident that these individuals are committed neither to their promises nor to principles, but go wherever their interests lie.

Since the fall of the Republic, they have at times sought refuge with the U.S., Israel, and the West; and when those hopes faded, they turned to Pakistan, Tajikistan, and now, Iran.

Ultimately, it becomes crystal clear that Ahmad Massoud and his fabricated front not only lack fixed principles and a clear stance, but like a dry leaf in the wind, drift wherever their short-term interests may take them.

Undoubtedly, such individuals—whose history is filled with alliances with the enemies of Islam, dealings with occupiers, and betrayal of their compatriots—can never be considered trustworthy partners for any free nation or government.

Therefore, any form of interaction and engagement with these opportunistic figures poses a serious threat to national security, regional interests, and the aspirations of nations—a threat with potentially irreparable consequences.
