Despite recent reports that Pakistan violated Afghanistan’s airspace and carried out bombings that martyred civilians in Paktika province, Abdul Manan Shewayee Sharq, Former Deputy Minister of Information and Culture Under Fallen Republic reiterated that he does not identify himself as Afghan and said he has no issues with Pakistan.

The senior former official stated that they accept the so-called Durand Line as the legal, internationally recognized border between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

He went further, showing no sense of shame or remorse, calling on Pakistan to continue carrying out additional airstrikes over Afghanistan with greater precision.

Sharq praised the Pakistani military’s campaign against the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) and said he hopes the army will undertake a “strategic action.”

He used the term “fascists” to describe Pashtuns on both sides of the Durand Line.

Sharq also described a united, cohesive, and democratic Pakistan as essential for the region’s future political stability and for maintaining friendly relations with his group.

Sharq is not alone in this stance, several former leaders of the fallen republic; many now organized under various resistance fronts have previously voiced support for Pakistan and defended its actions against Afghanistan.
