The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that attacks by Pakistani forces from February 26 to March 3 martyred at least 54 Afghan civilians and injured 129 others.

OCHA reported that recent clashes have displaced around 16,370 families across Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Nangarhar, Kunar, and Nuristan provinces.

The report further states that the attacks caused damage to multiple civilian and healthcare facilities, including a refugee camp in Torkham and a 20-bed hospital run by the International Organization for Migration.
