The British newspaper The Observer has reported that the country’s Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, may submit his resignation tomorrow (Monday).
According to the report, after consultations with his advisers, Starmer has concluded that it has become difficult for him to continue under the current political circumstances.
The newspaper, citing a member of the ruling party, wrote that Starmer believes he no longer has sufficient support within the party to maintain his position in power.
It is worth noting that he has recently been under pressure due to electoral setbacks and rising food prices within the country.
